Saut'eed potato
simply peel 4 medium sized potatoes cut into 1 and half inch chunks add to a pan of boiling water and salt gently simmer for 5 minutes check to see if potatoes cooked through drain and steam add to 2tbl spoons of olive oil to the frying pan gently keep turning until golden brown remove from the pan and serve . enjoy with your favourite dip .
