Vandalism at Lightmoor Signal Box ! Help us restore it back into its 1950's condition.
We recently experienced vandalism at Lightmoor signal box which has left it heavily damaged. If you wish to help get the signal box restored please visit : https://www.telfordsteamrailway.co.uk... Sadly our signal box has been broken into and vandalised. All of the windows have been smashed and much damage caused, including historical railway equipment destroyed. We are a small charity, run entirely by volunteers and it is not going to be easy for us to find the £1000s needed to repair the signalbox and replace all the items on our own. Please can you help us by making a donation, however small. Your help and support will enable us to restore the signalbox back to its 1950's museum piece appearance both inside and out. Thank you for supporting us. All filming was done from a position of safety on an inactive section of disused line. Filmed and edited by Joshua Woodland
