Reduce Cellulite 🔥 and Firm Your Legs 🦵🏻 - 26 minutes - Stepping away a bit from the pregnancy training structure I’ve been following, today I bring you a routine to strengthen and shape the lower body, including legs, glutes, inner thighs, hips, and calves, using dumbbells and a resistance band. We will start by preparing the target area with a warm-up (including mobility and activation of the Pelvic Floor and Abdominal muscles). We will then move on to strength exercises combined with dumbbells and a resistance band, and we will finish with a cardio segment. No stretching is included. In this routine, our goal is twofold: to develop muscle mass, thereby increasing strength and toning the area, and to promote blood circulation and prevent fluid retention. It’s also ideal for pregnant women 😉🤰 I will use 5 kg dumbbells and a medium-intensity closed resistance band. This routine is low-impact.
