₱1000 Date Challenge at TOPS Cebu 🇵🇭

Marilou and I attempted a budget sunset date at Tops Cebu using the ₱200 roundtrip shuttle from IT Park (includes entrance fee). We explored Tops, searched for affordable food, watched sunset, and even visited the SKAI360° viewing deck (+₱50/person extra).
