Jig Chasing | Making an Austin Healey Front Shroud Piece | A H Panels
Austin Healey front shroud sections are made using a process called, "Jig Chasing," where a sheet of aluminium is cut and shaped to the contours of a template jig using hand tools, wheeling, hammering and a lot of patience. Our professional craftsmen at A H Panels share considerable experience in metal shaping to provide the perfect end product.
