Defriending a Friend

The plaintiff has known the defendant for 25 years and they know each other through business. He says he loaned the defendant money, but he claims the defendant never repaid and then disappeared. He’s suing for the unpaid loan and attorney fees. The defendant argues he drove the plaintiff around for over a year when he fell on hard times. He says the plaintiff sued him when he refused to drive him anymore. He’s countersuing for harassment and driving him around. 26-429
