Table ronde "État des lieux de l'habitat léger" - EXPULSATION 2025

The first round table of the Expulsion Festival was dedicated to the current state of the lightweight housing market. We discussed the current framework through the ALUR law, concerns about anti-cabinization charters and other repressive measures, as well as developments in the law on rural housing, municipal charters to facilitate settlement, temporary permits for simple legalization at town halls, and the "Let's Live in the Gardens" initiative. In short, we covered a wide range of topics to collectively develop expertise on the current state of lightweight housing.
