In traditional surgery, a similar procedure takes 4.5 to 8 hours. I'd like to point out an important point: despite the extensive nature of the procedure, the patient was able to move freely and shower the following day. This is a fundamental part of my technique—recovery should be as comfortable as possible for the patient. What's important in the first days after surgery: • Avoid sudden head movements for 3-4 days • Avoid visiting baths, saunas, and swimming pools for a month • Walk more – movement improves lymph flow and helps reduce swelling more quickly Otherwise, the patient can lead a virtually normal life.
