After serving in the Patrol Division (now the Community Affairs Division), he was assigned to the Juvenile Division, where he contributed to solving crimes such as violations of the Child Welfare Act (indecent acts) committed by organized crime groups. 1980 Enrolled at Chuo University's Faculty of Law as a commissioned student by the Tokyo Metropolitan Police Department. 1988 Promoted and assigned to Shinjuku Police Station.
