Strawberry jam recipe 4 c. strawberries, mashed (I used 2 cups) 1/ c. + 2 Tbsp. instant clear jel 4 c. white sugar Mix sugar and clear jel, slowly add to strawberries; stir well. Put in containers and let set on counter for 12 hours then put in freezer.
