How We Sealed Every Bat Entry Point at This Minden Home

Bat activity was confirmed at this Minden property after droppings were found along the soffit, siding, and brick areas near the attic. Inspection identified multiple vulnerable access points, including loose soffits, brick gaps, plumbing vent openings, and chimney access where bats were entering and exiting the structure. High activity was concentrated at a primary soffit-level entry point with visible droppings and staining. A one way door was planned for the main access point to allow bats to exit while preventing re-entry, along with sealing of brick gaps and reinforcement of vulnerable openings. Additional vent protection and chimney caging were also identified as required to complete the exclusion. Work was performed by Grant, with inspection and primary exclusion planning completed during this visit.
