20-Min Pilates | Abs & Arms Sculpt

This 20-minute sculpted abs and arms workout is designed to sculpt your upper body while strengthening your core and back for better posture and total-body support. We’ll move through high-rep, controlled exercises that target: Deep core muscles Obliques Arms + shoulders Upper back + postural muscles You can absolutely do this workout with just your bodyweight but if you’re opting to add resistance, I recommend light weights between 1–5 lbs. Because we’re working with high repetitions and time under tension, lighter weights will challenge you more than you think 😉 This isn’t just about aesthetics.
