Episode 2 Native American Religions (World Religions Series)

In this episode of my World Religions series, we explore the incredibly diverse world of Native American religions. This is a broad topic because there isn't just one "Native American religion." Rather, it encompasses the indigenous spiritual traditions of North, Central, and South America, representing hundreds of distinct peoples, beliefs, and practices that have also experienced a lot cultural diffusion since explorers and settlers starting showing up. Because of the sheer scope of the subject, this ended up being one of my longer episodes. I'll admit... by the end I was getting pretty sleepy, so if it sounds like I start running out of steam, or my English begins staging its own little rebellion, you'll know why! But I made it to the finish line, and I hope you enjoy the journey as much as I enjoyed researching it. As always, my goal is to approach every religion and culture with curiosity, historical context, and respect. I hope you learn something new!
