The presenters shared insightful information on how Mixed Reality and AI technologies are being applied to support remote maintenance and asset management processes, improve operational efficiency, and assist technicians through AI-driven solutions and conversational support systems. The session also highlighted the integration of Mixed Reality and AI at SCHMIDT + HAENSCH and explored the role of AI chatbots in modern maintenance for troubleshooting, guidance, and real-time operational support. At the end of the session, participants provided live feedback and took part in a real-time survey, contributing actively to the overall discussion.
