Sincere Has Melanie Entrapped in a Textbook Trauma Bond Hey y'all, as requested here's my video on Sincere and Melanie. This video was actually really hard to make and deeply triggering because ultimately what we're witnessing with Sincere and Melanie is a textbook trauma bond reinforced through intermittent reinforcement. Melanie is a smart girl with dignity who at times is able to see that what she's experiencing is untenable but is so enmeshed and entangled with Sincere that she doesn't at this time have the capacity to get out of it. We as America did not help her by voting them into the top four, which was a shame.
