First, separate the egg white and egg yolk, put the egg white into the freezer and freeze until the egg white has a circle of ice residue. 2. Then mix the room temperature milk and vegetable oil, stir until completely integrated. 3. Then add the egg yolks to the batter, mix well, and set aside. 4. Begin to beat the egg whites, adding the sugar in three batches and beating the egg whites until they are in a large curved hook. 5. Add one-third of the egg whites to the egg yolk batter and mix well, then add the remaining egg whites, mix well, pour into the mold, spread out and bake. 6. Lightly shake twice after removing from the oven, take off the mold, then turn over and let cool. 7.
