Cakesmash Torte | Geburtstagstorte für den ersten Geburtstag

Cakesmash Cake 👇🏻Ingredients (18 cm diameter) ♥️Sponge Cake: 6 eggs 240 g sugar 270 g flour 1 tsp baking powder ♥️Cream: 750 g quark or mascarpone 400 ml whipping cream 5 tsp cream stabilizer 2 tbsp sugar (optional) 2 tbsp smooth raspberry jam + 1 tsp cream stabilizer ♥️Also: Cake topper: https://amzn.to/3vLCzjy 👇🏻Preparation ♥️Sponge Cake: Preheat the oven to 170°C (340°F) with the top and bottom heating elements on. Adjust a cake ring to 18 cm in diameter and place it on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. ♥️ My cake ring is 15 cm high! Beat the eggs and sugar with an electric mixer for about 6 minutes until very creamy. Mix the flour and baking powder, sift them into the egg mixture, and then gently fold them in with a spatula. Pour the batter into the pan and bake in the oven for about 35-40 minutes. Be sure to do a toothpick test after 35 minutes! Let it cool completely and then slice it horizontally into three layers. ♥️Cream: Whip the quark or mascarpone with the heavy cream and cream stabilizer until creamy. You can also substitute the sugar with other sweeteners. Set aside about 1/3 of the cream and refrigerate. Set aside another 1/3 of the remaining cream. Then, add the jam and 1 packet of cream stabilizer to the remaining cream and whisk until creamy. At this point, you could use red or blue food coloring paste and about 2 tablespoons of sugar instead of jam. Now add about 1/3 of the colored cream to the white cream we set aside and stir briefly. This will give you a slightly lighter color than the other. Place the first cake layer on a cake plate and enclose it with a cake ring. Spread about half of the darker colored cream on top, place the second cake layer on top, and spread about half of the lighter colored cream on top. Now place the top layer on top and refrigerate the cake for at least 2 hours, or preferably overnight. Refrigerate the remaining creams as well. Carefully remove the cake ring and use the remaining cream to thickly and smoothly coat the entire cake. Apply the darker cream to the bottom layer, the slightly lighter cream to the middle layer, and the white cream to the top layer. Now be sure to place the cake on a turntable. Hold a spoon with the back of it against the cake, rotate the turntable, and slowly slide the spoon upwards. This creates the wave pattern! Fill the remaining cream into a piping bag fitted with a star tip, placing each cream next to the other in the bag (right: white, center: light, left: dark). Then pipe cream rosettes onto the cake and finish with a cake topper.
