The fresh fruit tart with custard cream is a great Italian pastry classic: a tart made with short pastry, a velvety custard cream and decorated with lots of seasonal fruit. Perfect to end a meal in a light way, it is ideal for parties, special occasions but also for a tasty snack. ‼️ For fresh fruit, I used apricots and strawberries, which I think go perfectly together, but you can substitute fruit with whatever you like, e.g. peaches, blueberries, kiwi, bananas, cherries, pineapple...
