Subscribe now:    / @wanderbar.   In October 2022 I walked in Mallorca in 6 days alone the GR221. A 138 kilometer long long-distance hiking trail through the mountains of Mallorca - also called dry stone wall trail. The route led me once from west to east through the "Serra de Tramuntana". In total, almost 6000 meters of altitude were overcome. I spent several nights in a tent. The way should not be underestimated. Overall, it is a very strenuous hiking trail on which alpine experience is necessary. The dry stone wall trail is characterized above all by its remoteness. On the stages you will meet only a few people. All in all, a good option for a long-distance hike in spring or autumn.
