After a series of targeted attacks by the Russian Federation on civilian trains, Ukrzaliznytsia has introduced new safety rules: now during air raids, trains stop and passengers are evacuated further from the carriages. This decision has divided Ukrainians: some consider such measures correct, others consider them pointless and exhausting, especially when you have to get off in the middle of a field in the rain. Gvara Media journalists traveled along several routes to see with their own eyes how evacuations take place at night, what passengers with children feel, and how railway workers overcome the resistance of those who refuse to leave the carriages.
