How this conflict has felt like as a young girl living in the Middle East

This video was filmed on the 20th of April 2026, regarding the conflict that began on the 28th of February, 2026. After recording this, some time later, a two week ceasefire was granted and I had written this during that time: Alhamdulilah for the 2 week cease fire we were granted. Allah listened to our duas, and truly in times of such trial that is our biggest and best superpower. some say “all we can do is make dua”, but it isnt a last resort or a point of weakness by any means, thats the best thing we can do, and in a situation where one feels what they desire is impossible or out of control, thats the strongest thing you can put your energy towards. and im sure these two weeks can reveal our true colors; maybe we will go back to neglecting or be less disciplined when it comes to our prayers, all because we feel like “its fine now so no need to worry so much”. #islam #reality #mindset
