Winter Camping Adventure did not go as planned!
Our attempt to reach a frozen waterfall in the back country of the Alberta Rockies is once again beyond our reach, this time not for deep snow or extreme cold but for running water! No matter, with snow on the ground, we spend a couple of nights winter camping and enjoy a couple of great Crownland camp spots. Adapting to changing conditions is all part of the adventure when overlanding with Jeeps but we eventually encounter a challenge that stops us dead in our tracks and does not end well.
