The question I've been asked the most lately is 🫵 "Which seafood is in season right now?" So, I personally visited the Gunsan Seafood Center to check current market prices and identify seasonal seafood. I was hoping to find sea bass and croaker, the representative summer fish, but unfortunately, there was no stock available that day. Instead, I personally purchased wild icefish, which are currently being caught in large quantities in the West Sea, and included a taste review.
