Heavy Rain at Night in an African Traditional Homestead/Homemade Bread for this Cold Weather

#africantradition#nomadiclife #triballife After a light rain the previous day, tonight brought a terrifying downpour with heavy rain, thunderstorms, and lightning strikes lighting up the dark sky. Life in our traditional homestead remains beautiful even in such weather. We gathered around the fire and prepared homemade bread with black tea, and a delicious meal of goat tripe with vegetables to keep us warm. The food, slowly cooked over firewood, carried a rich, smoky flavor that made it even more special. Children played joyfully in the light drizzle, while grandmothers sat under the shade, enjoying their food and sharing laughter a perfect picture of warmth, family, and tradition amidst the stormy African night.
