Facebook profile:   / cakeshare   CHEESECAKE BASE: 100g biscuits 40g butter 5g cocoa powder PEANUT BUTTER CREAM: 200g spreadable cheese 200g fresh cream 90g sugar 60g unsweetened yogurt 150g peanut butter 6g gelatin in sheets 30g water GANACHE CHOCOLATE: 100g dark chocolate 55g fresh cream 8g butter DOSES FOR: 6 PEOPLE CIRCULAR STEEL MOLD DIAMETER: 16 cm N.B: "You don't have to be American to love peanut butter". This phrase was said to me in Australia many years ago when I still didn't know about peanut butter, they were right! Let's talk about the cake! It does not present major difficulties, but as I always say respects the rest times. If you noticed this time I added a small part of melted gelatin cream with its water (I melt everything in the microwave for a few seconds), I chose to do this extra step because many have told me that lumps often form when add the dissolved gelatin directly to the mixture. This can happen for the thermal shock between the two compounds, using the method indicated above you will no longer have problems! I chose a peanut butter with peanut pieces inside, it's a personal taste so choose the type you prefer. If the ganache becomes too hard, once placed in the pastry bag, pass it between your hands for a few minutes and you will see that the consistency will be correct again.
