Elimina manchas de paño o melasma en la piel con estos 8 tratamientos || Dr Marino Dermatologo

What is the best treatment to eliminate sun spots or melasma? In this video, I'll tell you the best products, treatments, and tips for sun spots known as melasma. 1. Use a dermo-cleanser appropriate for your skin type. 2. Use sunscreen and reapply it every 3 to 4 hours. If you have sun spots, reapply it every 2 to 3 hours. Sunscreen works as a barrier by reflecting the sun's rays, like a mirror. I recommend an organic sunscreen with zinc oxide and/or titanium dioxide. 3. Use a retinol at night. This compound causes the depigmenting agents to penetrate deeper into the skin and have a more powerful effect. 4. Use a depigmenting agent appropriate for your skin type. You can use kojic acid, arbutin, uva ursi, tranexamic acid, or hydroquinone, but remember that the choice of one of these depigmenting agents depends on your treating physician. 5. Use an antioxidant such as vitamin C. This medication will restore your skin's radiance. 6. Use technology to help you with the patch. The most effective treatments are intense pulsed light with a suitable filter for dark spots and the Q-switch NdYag laser for spots that are resistant to treatment. I also recommend depigmenting peels containing kojic acid and resorcinol, among other depigmenting agents. Another option is high-speed micro-needling or nanopore turbo rollers, which are microchannels made in the skin with a titanium needle. Depigmenting agents are applied deep into the skin to significantly improve dark spots. 7. Use mechanical barriers to protect ourselves from the sun, such as wide-brimmed hats that cover the entire circumference of the head, and clothing and gloves with sunscreen. It is important to avoid sun spots on the back of the hands, known as solar lentigines. 8. Use oral medications, referring to oral sunscreens, which contain Polypodium leucotomos, a potent antioxidant that prevents sun damage to the skin. Another medication that has gained popularity in recent years is tranexamic acid, which, in appropriate doses, can reduce sun spots. Of course, all these medications should always be used under medical supervision, especially that of a dermatologist. 😀If you want to see more daily skincare tips, follow me on Instagram 👉   / marinoderma   Also follow me on 😉👇 Facebook►   / marinoderma   Twitter►   / marinoderma   Linkedin►   / marinoderma   Youtube►   / marinoderma   😀Subscribe to the channel►https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCBCV...
