Click here for the recruitment form↓ https://www.sanpi-ryoron.com/recruit/ ■Three types of seasoned eggs (serves 3-4) Ingredients 12 eggs *Use 4 eggs per type of seasoning, 1/2 long green onion, 3 shiso leaves A *Soy sauce seasoning (120cc dashi, 2 tablespoons soy sauce, 2 tablespoons mirin, 1 tablespoon sugar) B *Miso seasoning (50g miso, 1.5 tablespoons sugar, 1.5 tablespoons sake, 1 tablespoon mirin) C *Green onion salt seasoning (1 teaspoon kombucha, 1 teaspoon sugar, 1.5 teaspoons salt, 1/2 teaspoon grated ginger, 1 teaspoon sesame oil, 120cc water) [How to make] ① Put A in a pot, bring to a boil, and let cool. ② Mix B well. ③ Finely chop the spring onions and roughly chop the shiso leaves. Put them in a bowl and mix with C. ④ Take the eggs straight out of the fridge. Put them in plenty of boiling water and boil for 7.5 minutes. *Roll them gently for the first minute or so. Once they're done, immediately drop them into ice water and peel them. Drain off the water and place 4 at a time in a storage bag. Add sauces ①, ②, and ③ and remove the air.
