#Found | Judicial Branch on Strike?, Saucedo and Pressure Measures 🔴 Carlos Börth, Political Analyst Börth warned about the threat from the President of the Supreme Court of Justice, stating that it constitutes a violation of regulations and reflects the crisis of legitimacy facing the justice system in Bolivia. “Few people believe in justice,” he affirmed, also questioning the requested measures and the budget that would justify the strike. The analyst explained that the demands, similar to the threats from the COB (Bolivian Workers' Center), are out of place and even unprecedented. According to his calculations, the requested budget would reach 12 billion bolivianos. He proposed that the Executive Branch convene a meeting with the three branches of government to address the crisis. Börth also emphasized that Bolivia faces problems in various sectors, but that this multidimensional crisis must be confronted by the current government: “Its failure would mean the return of those who caused the devastation.” He pointed out that the 50-day blockade demonstrated the capacity to change things through votes, even with the possibility of amending the Constitution.
