Hello, I'm Yukari, a cooking researcher. This time, I'll show you how to make rice flour Taiwanese castella. It's easy with just five ingredients! Just mix and bake! Use rice flour to make gluten-free Taiwanese castella! You'll be addicted to the fluffy, fizzy texture. It's so delicious, so please try making it. ■Ingredients (for one 15cm square mold) ・4 eggs ・70g rice flour ・70g sugar ・60ml rice oil ・70ml milk ■How to make 1. Separate the egg whites and yolks. 2. Heat the milk in the microwave at 600w for 30 seconds. 3. Heat the rice oil in the microwave at 600w for 1 minute. 4. Add the rice flour and mix well, then add the milk, egg yolk, and half the sugar in that order and mix well. 5. Beat the egg whites with a hand mixer on high speed for 20 seconds, add the remaining sugar and beat on high speed for 1 minute, then beat on low speed for 1 minute. 6. Add a scoop of meringue to ④ and mix, then add another scoop and mix lightly, then add the batter to ⑤ and mix lightly. 7. Pour into a mold and bake in a preheated oven at 150°C for 60 minutes until done. #sweets #recipe #cooking
