Matt Pole and Steve Bone's latest guest is one who continues their recent trend of talking to this season’s promotion winners. Having heard from figures at Worthing, Three Bridges and Steyning Town in recent weeks, Matt and Steve are joined by Billingshurst manager and Horsham FC legend Eddie French. Eddie is still on a high after guiding his Billingshurst team to promotion from the SCFL Division One to the SCFL Premier. Hurst did it through the play-offs in which they beat Worthing United in the semi-final and Infinity in the final, clinching their place in next season’s top SCFL division. Eddie played for Hassocks, Horsham, Loxwood and Billingshurst before moving into coaching and management with the Jubilee Fields club in 2023.
