Descarado tráfico en los "narco-rucos" de Santiago

For days we investigated the makeshift drug dens that spring up in a central and iconic area of ​​Santiago. Drugs are consumed and sold just meters from residential buildings. In recent months, the municipality has removed 5,000 of these dens and confiscated 500 bladed weapons and firearms. However, less than 1% of those registered agree to participate in rehabilitation programs, and they return within hours.
