Place the water and flaxseed in a saucepan, bring to a boil, and once boiling, time 2 minutes and turn off the heat; 2. Strain the flaxseed into a bowl, add the milk, molasses, and oil, mix everything and check the temperature of the ingredients, which should be lukewarm. If it is still hot, wait until it is lukewarm; 3. Add the yeast, always mixing, then add the oat flour and 2 cups of wheat flour; 4. Transfer the dough to a work surface and knead, adding more flour as needed, until it no longer sticks to your hands. Be careful not to add too much flour, as this will make the dough too dry and hinder its rising; 5. Knead the dough well for about 5 minutes, either by hand or with a stand mixer; 6. Return the dough to the bowl, cover with a cloth, and let it rest for at least 30 minutes up to 2 hours; 7. Place the dough back on the floured work surface and roll it out to a thickness of 1 cm; 8. Using a cookie cutter or a knife, cut rectangles approximately 6x2 cm and transfer them to a greased baking sheet; 9. Cover the baking sheet with a cloth or place it in the oven and let it rise for 30 minutes. If it's a cold day, preheat the oven to 40 degrees or place the baking sheet over a bowl of hot water; 10. In a small bowl, mix the oil, molasses, and water. Remove the baking sheet from the oven and brush the rolls; 11. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and bake the rolls for about 30 minutes or until golden brown; 12. Once cooled, store in tightly sealed bags for 3 days in the refrigerator or 90 days in the freezer.
