We'll be taking a look behind the scenes of the Yakuza series' 20th anniversary project. We'll be releasing three chapters of in-depth behind-the-scenes footage. Chapter 1: Yakuza x Japan Unification Collaboration Drama [A Close Look at the Filming] The Yakuza x Japan Unification collaboration drama project was announced at RGG SUMMIT 2025 on September 24, 2025. The story leads to the video game Yakuza Kiwami 3 / Yakuza 3 Gaiden: Dark Ties, scheduled for release on Thursday, February 12, 2026. This drama is being produced in collaboration with the production team behind Japan Unification, a hugely popular video series depicting Japan's underworld.
