Mutprobe Kjeragbolten - Wir stürzen uns ins Abenteuer!

THIS VIDEO MAY CONTAIN ADVERTISING! The hike to Kjeragbolten is no walk in the park! Let me just say that upfront. Anyone who's ever looked at photos of Norway will recognize it: the boulder in the crevice. The hike to Kjeragbolten (the "K" is pronounced like the "ch" in "light") leads over two mountains and three valleys and is only recommended for reasonably experienced hikers. The sometimes very steep ascents on bare rocks absolutely require sturdy footwear and some climbing skills. Iron bars embedded in the rocks and connected by chains do make the approximately five-hour ascent and descent a little easier. I didn't dare jump onto Kjeragbolten; the dizzying height immediately sent shivers down my spine and made my knees feel wobbly. Not exactly ideal conditions for such an experience. Because for this thrill, you first have to climb around another rock over a ledge about 30 cm wide, and then make a daring jump onto Kjeragbolten. And of course, you have to go back the same way if you don't want to experience the over 1,000-meter free fall. Not for me.
