Tabata "Jacks" Workout - 4 Tabata Sets with Jacking Exercises
This workout is broken up into 4 tabatas. In each tabata, you'll alternate between two exercises, one of which will be a "jack" (jumping jack, push up jack, squat jack, plank jack). You get 60 seconds of rest in between each tabata. A tabata is 8 rounds of 20 seconds of work and 10 seconds of rest.
