This guide covers everything from preparing the three essential Namul (vegetables) to making the rich Beef Gochujang sauce. ✨ [Ingredients] Base: 2 servings of cooked Rice, 200g Beef, Shiitake mushrooms, Carrot, Zucchini, Gosari, Spinach, Mung bean sprouts, Doraji, Egg yolk Secret Gochujang Sauce: 200g Minced beef, 1 cup Gochujang, 1/4 cup Pear juice, 1 tbsp Plum extract, 1 tbsp Minced garlic, 1 tbsp Minced scallion, 3 tbsp Honey, 2 tbsp Pine nuts, Sesame oil [1. Preparing the Namul & Vegetables] Spinach: Blanch and season with soup soy sauce, tuna sauce, minced garlic/scallion, perilla oil, and sesame seeds. Fernbrake (Gosari): Marinate with soy sauce, tuna sauce, garlic, and perilla oil for 10 mins. Simmer with 2/3 cup of broth until tender. Bellflower Root (Doraji): Scrub with salt to remove bitterness. Stir-fry with perilla oil and 1/2 cup of broth until soft. Others: Julienne and sauté carrots, zucchini, and shiitake mushrooms separately with a pinch of salt. [2. Secret Beef Gochujang Sauce] Stir-fry 200g minced beef, then add 1 cup Gochujang and 1/4 cup pear juice. Simmer until thickened, then finish with 3 tbsp honey, 2 tbsp pine nuts, and sesame oil. [3. Setting the Stone Pot] Coat the bottom of the stone pot with perilla oil. Place the rice and arrange all prepared vegetables and beef on top. Add an egg yolk in the center. Heat on medium for about 3 mins until you hear the crackling sound of the crispy rice (Nurungji).
