A godmother reports an incident to the Bern Cantonal Police that is unfortunately becoming increasingly common: Intimate images of an underage girl appear in a chat. A difficult situation for dispatcher Dani Plüss: Once the images are circulating, the authorities' hands are tied. Rega is called on an unusual mission: a dog rescue in Graubünden. Difficult terrain, a frightened animal, and high costs for the owner make the air rescue mission anything but easy. At the Basel emergency medical center, Beni Flückiger speaks with an elderly woman complaining of bloody stools and severe abdominal pain. But her biggest concern isn't her health—it's her appearance upon the ambulance's arrival: she's unshowered and unkempt. And in the middle of the night, 144 Bern receives a call from two young men: After consuming cannabis brownies, one of them is feeling so ill that he's barely responsive.
