Day 4: Homecoming (tending to your space prompt) | 21 Days Closer
you and your space deserve access to love and beauty. carve out some time for this! IDEAS FOR YOU TO MAYBE TRY: mindful cleaning as a way to get to know your space and dedicate some loving energy to it creating a blueprint for how you want the layout of your space getting the senses involved: how do your eyes perceive your surroundings? your nose? your ears? how does it feel to the touch? creating an "alter" or a spot where all your highly cherished things are. this could be a spot you pass by and smile at, or the place you meditate in front of. whatever works for you! cultivating beauty in the space you do yoga or journal (i.e. creating a lighting of incense/candle ritual before the practice, moving plants or crystals nearby). this is really helpful in the beginning of creating a habit, it creates a whole MOOD. the last thing I will say is that this does not have to be grand. in fact, at first the smaller the changes the better make your goals attainable!
