Santiago Apóstol (Mt 20,20-28)

We often think that greatness consists of standing out, being in charge, or receiving recognition. But Jesus shows us a completely different path. In today's Gospel (Matthew 20:20-28), on the feast of St. James the Apostle, the Lord teaches us that true greatness is born of service, self-giving, and love that does not seek to be served, but to serve. Those who truly love do not calculate what they lose; they discover the joy of giving themselves for others.
