30 Minute Bodyweight Leg Strength and Mobility Workout (Follow Along)
This bodyweight leg workout wastes no time, training your strength and mobility at the same time. Structured like a regular strength workout, with 2 sets/exercise, but we use the rest time to do a static stretch and work on mobility too!
