Dentro la Ex Fabbrica di Alluminio Montecatini – Parte 1

The former Montecatini aluminum factory, located in Mori (Trentino-Alto Adige), was built during the 20th century as part of one of Italy's largest industrial complexes. For decades, it was a hub for aluminum production and processing, employing hundreds of workers and contributing to the area's economic development. Over time, declining demand and competition led to the plant's closure. Today, amidst peeling walls, rusty machinery, and empty corridors, only the echoes of a bygone manufacturing past remain. In this first part of the exploration, we delve into the main warehouses, documenting abandoned facilities, immense spaces, and details that tell stories of a bygone era. A journey through time, amidst dust and rust, to discover one of Italy's most fascinating abandoned industrial sites. ⚠ All explorations are conducted with respect for the sites visited. Do not force entry or damage the structures.
