Functional training is a great way to improve your overall balance, strength, and coordination! This resistance training session will involve several compound moves that will work the core and the lower body! FUNCTIONAL LOWER BODY WORKOUT STRUCTURE AND EXERCISES MUSCLES TARGETED: GLUTES, HAMSTRINGS, THIGHS, QUADRICEPS, CALVES, AND CORE EQUIPMENT NEEDED DUMBBELLS- I used a range from 15lbs (7kg) EXERCISE MAT OPTIONAL EQUIPMENT EXERCISE BOX OR BENCH (Can use a sturdy chair, couch, or bed too!) If you don't have a box, I will have modifications on screen!
