Not Letting Age Hold Me Back | Staying Active in Van Life

Staying active getting older seems to be more of a struggle as time goes on. WHY? there are those days I just wont to veg out in my van reading a good book, eating M&M's. Not to mention that things hurt more now. Seem's like over night, everything started to hurt in my body and pandol is readily available. I'm heading back to Perth to visit the family and to be on grandmother duties so my daughter and her partner can have a date night. This is my journey back to Perth in the summer heat.
