Latitudes (abridged)

I have made an abridgement of my previous piece. I would just like to say, that I have an ongoing, severe disappointment with how my videos are treated, and it continuously gets worse. I put massive amounts of soul and effort into my work, so it's ridiculous when I get terrible clickthrough just because my track starts off with (artistically necessary) ambience. The fact that I have to confine art in borders to get any recognition is criminal, and there is nothing that can really be said about it that isn't a controversial truth. Additionally, it's an embarrassment the amount of low-effort, nostalgia bait, relatability bait, and particularly AI-generated music uploads are incessantly sprayed all over the recommendations. You will not find a non-professional musician who puts as much thought into composition, sound design, and production as myself, particularly on youtube, the home of many creative genius, but a breeding ground for unfinished, uninspired, trend-hopping slop. They are here for but a fad, while you can count on me to be here whenever. Clickbait never was or will be a part of art, so please don't be susceptible to it. All I want to give you is an expansive sonic journey, fit with inventive writing and pleasant sounds, and if it has to be 14 minutes, it's 14 minutes. But keep in mind, when something "has to be", this means this is the way it was divinely intended, and the algorithm is no one's deity. I cut this track down today, to remove my beloved 2 minutes of natural ambience, but I have left a better, 16-bit flac download of the original on my bandcamp (where you can find similar downloads for some other pieces, some unreleased): https://pausesinspace.bandcamp.com/tr... If you have any ideas on how I can fight harder, please let me know. I am your friend.
