Pyrenees Tour 2: Our favourite Pyrenees Motorhome Stopover (Free!)

Our Pyrenees Motorhome Tour really gets going in Isaba when we hike to a stunningly beautiful Belabarze waterfall and Medieval Bridge. The next day we stay for free at the Belagua Refuge right on the France / Spain border. There are no Motorhome services here but oh my, what a location. This is our favourite stopover in the Pyrenees so far. The clouds rolling over the mountain and the pitch black skies at night were truly amazing. Conditions were good while we were there but it still felt very exposed. If you have mountain experience and want to give it a go here’s the link. On the way down I would keep walking along the ridge further and keep to the footpath rather than cutting through like we did. This is a high altitude walk so please take plenty of warm clothing even in summer, plenty water and don’t leave it to late in the day, it gets inky black dark up there. https://www.wikiloc.com/hiking-trails...
