Ingredients: 1kg of mini potatoes; 1 tablespoon of butter; 250ml of fresh cream; Nutmeg to taste; ½ cup of Parmesan cheese; 1 teaspoon of Dijon mustard; A handful of chopped parsley; Salt and pepper to taste; Preparation: 1. Wash the potatoes and cook them in a pot with 1.5 liters of water and 1 dessert spoon of salt. 2. Drain the potatoes and cut them into medium cubes. 3. In a skillet over high heat, add the butter and the potatoes in a single layer. 4. Add a pinch of salt and black pepper. 5. Sauté the potatoes over high heat until golden brown. 6. Add the heavy cream and nutmeg. 7. Add the Parmesan cheese. 8. Add the Dijon mustard. 9. Finish with parsley and enjoy!
