20 Min TOTAL BODY PILATES WORKOUT | effektives Ganzkörpertraining für daheim | ohne Equipment

You only have about half an hour and want to train your whole body without much effort or equipment? That's exactly what this workout offers. We'll start with a short warm-up to get your body moving. Then we'll move on to a sequence of exercises that targets each muscle group. We'll assume a pose and hold it for 30 seconds. This gives you time to adjust your body position and deepen the pose if needed. Next, we'll do a dynamic exercise, also for 30 seconds. We'll finish our workout with a relaxed jog and a gentle stretch. Make sure you never hold your breath. Move with your breath and keep it flowing deeply and calmly, even while holding the poses.
