After the Kanto, Johto, and Hoen Myhticals, it is time for Sinnoh. There are great Pokemon like Arceus, Darkrai, Shaymin and Manaphy. Phione is also there. Regulation J showed us good was really powerful (Arcues) and who wasn't (everyone else). But that doesn't mean I think they are all perfectly designed or poorly designed.
