Making Mythical Pokémon Special: Mew, Celebi, Jirachi, and Deoxys

Mythical Pokémon have amazing lore, but their in game prowess often leaves a lot to be desired. Pokémon like Mew, Celebi, Jirachi, and Deoxys are the stars of fantastic movies, yet none have so much as a signature ability. And Regulation J made this more apparent than ever, when very few Mythicals saw realistic use. That is what I want to change. I believe Mythical Pokémon should be special, unique gimmicks and powers that make then deserve the title of Mythical.
