My father is an active fisherman in Oma, and I ask him to film his work using a GoPro. He sends the footage to me, and I edit and upload the videos. While editing, I often discover things I had never noticed before, which makes the process really interesting and enjoyable. Oma is famous for its tuna, but in reality, there are many other incredibly delicious fish that can be caught here. Yellowtail, red sea bream, and flounder are common, and sometimes even rarer fish like conger eel and John Dory. There is a wide variety of fish in these waters. Through these videos, I hope more people will discover the true charm of Oma — a town known for tuna, but with so much more to offer.
